Processing your members’ Health and Welfare benefit eligibility with the JBM Fund Administrator’s Management System (FAMS) is fast, efficient, accurate and automated.
Tailored to your plan's initial and ongoing eligibility requirements, FAMS calculates member eligibility automatically from the posting of employer and self-pay remittances. Eligibility information is easily recalled via member inquiry screens and FAMS reports.
Communicating the eligibility data with your benefit partners is facilitated through a suite of reports and / or EDI 834 files. If you partner requires a custom report, we will build it for you. Periodic member eligibility statements are also supported.
FAMS currently includes a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) benefits module, which is easily adaptable for taxable and non-taxable benefits processing (HRA, PAP, FSA ...)
Supplemental Disability Benefits are also handled by FAMS.
