The Fund Administrator’s Management System (FAMS) secure Member Portal provides added value to fund participants through secure web access to work history, benefit eligibility status, fund balances, beneficiary and dependent information on file, and accessibility to plan documents.
FAMS’ Employer Portal enables the electronic remittance of employer reports. The fund office has complete control of the remittance process and can be flexible in the amount of automation available to the employers. Employer web access is secure, and report submissions are logged, confirmed and available for future audit. Employer payments may be remitted via printed check or ACH transfer.
